There are a few possible reasons why you aren't seeing a notification of a Favorite ride request!
If you have an existing ride on your schedule near the pickup (or estimated dropoff) time of the Favorite ride, you may be prevented from seeing the ride, in an effort to prevent schedule overlap!
You also may be prevented from seeing a Favorite ride request, if you own a vehicle we would consider 'medium,' in size, but the combined passenger/baggage count on the ride requires a larger vehicle.
*If you have discussed your passenger/baggage count with your rider, and you are both confident that you can safely accommodate their trip details, please contact support at email@example.com or (888) 982-9716! We can temporarily update your vehicle size on the platform, so the ride can be added to your schedule!
It is also possible that the ride takes place in an area not indicated in your 'preferred zones.' This is something you are able to edit in the driver app!
