NEMT Member No Shows
If the member is not present at the pickup, and they are not responding to communications, take the following actions:
1. Wait 10 minutes for the member to respond or appear for their trip
2. After 10 minutes, use the “Contact Support” feature in the “Options” tab in your app to call Verida.
3. Dial option 1 and list your respective State when prompted.
4. You should tell the Verida agent who you are and that you drive for Wingz. You should then tell the agent that the member is not present for their pickup and not responding to communications
5. Provide the agent with the Leg ID of the trip (located at the top of the trip menu in the Wingz Driver App)
6. The agent will put you on hold while they contact the member so wait for the agent to return.
7. The agent will confirm whether the member is going on their trip or not.
8. If the agent tells you that the member is not going on their trip, then you need to go to the trip menu in your app, select the “More” option, and then select “No Show”
9. You may now leave the area.
10. Georgia drivers get paid an $8 No-Show fee. All other states do not pay a No-show fee.
Tip for avoiding Member no shows: Call the member ahead of time to confirm the details. Call them the day of, or the evening beforehand if it's an early morning trip.
