As an international traveler coming to the US, if you do not have use of a US cell phone number, it is important to establish alternative means of communication with your driver ahead of service!
If you will have access to email after you land, we recommend exchanging email addresses with your driver, so they are able to confirm whether you are ready for pickup, and direct you to the pickup location!
You may instead want to download WhatsApp and confirm that your driver is also able to do so!
Either of these requests can be added to the special instructions in the ride request form, accessible by clicking the ‘Add options/instructions,’ link!

If you do not confirm your ride with your driver prior to your pickup, Wingz reserve the rights to cancel your ride.
