As an international traveler coming to the US, you might not have access to a cell phone or wifi network upon landing.
To ensure you can find your driver at the airport, make sure to communicate with him/her before your travel date. This way, you can agree on a meeting point ahead of time. Our drivers are trained to get in touch with their riders before hand but better be safe than sorry.
If you do not confirm your ride with your driver prior to your pick up, Wingz reserve the rights to cancel your ride.
If you are stuck in customs, please borrow a phone to let your driver know. Your driver's time is as valuable as yours. We only ask you to treat them as fairly as you would treat a family member or friend.
