Wingz Drivers are to pick up riders from the designated rideshare pick-up area, which is curbside at the following locations:
* Terminal 1, Departure Level, Door 4
* Terminal 2, Departure Level, Door 4 and 5
* Terminal 3, Departure Level, Door 11 and 12
For international pick-ups, the designated rideshare pick-up area is the departure level outside at the center island, zones 14-17.
Wingz Drivers are not allowed to pick up riders from non-designated areas. Breaking this rule is a disservice to fellow drivers and sets the rider up for disappointment and frustration when they expect the next driver to break the rule as well.
Violation of the pick-up procedure will result in temporary or permanent suspension of your Wingz Driver account.
For pick-ups, please call or text your rider when they land to confirm the pickup spot. Then, have the rider reach out to you with which zone they are in, and proceed to the specific pick-up location.
For pick-ups at the International terminal, the location is in the TNC zone on the center island outside the terminal on the Departures level. The curb of the center island is painted with blue and green stripes and signs displaying "Ride App Pickup" and a large zone number identify the pick-up areas (12-17).
Please remember to track the rider's flight, communicate with the rider prior to the pick-up to confirm the ride details, and text or call the passenger when you have arrived at the airport to help the process go smoothly.
Riders can be dropped off curbisde at the terminal of their choice in the White Zones on Level 2 (Departures). TNC Vehicles are not allowed to stage at the curb.
For drop offs at the International terminal, the location is in the TNC zone on the center island outside the terminal on the Departures level. The curb of the center island is painted with blue and green stripes and signs displaying "Ride App Pickup" and a large zone number identify the pick-up areas (12-17).

SF Business License Requirements
If a Driver renders services within the City of San Francisco or utilizes the streets within the City in connection with the operation of a motor vehicle for business purposes seven or more days a year, then he or she must register for a Business License.
The license costs $91 a year. Drivers who earn $100,000 or less in gross receipts annually will be required to pay back fees for the license. The city also launched it's online business registration system in March. Drivers must register for the license via the city’s online business registration system http://businessportal.sfgov.org/ within 30 days. Every driver will have to display a current registration certificate in their car. If drivers don’t get a business license, they will be at risk of fines and other penalties.
