Confirm the appointment: Contact the members you are scheduled to transport or their facility as soon as possible to check for potential closures. If appointments are canceled or changed, please inform Wingz immediately. You can reach us via email at nemtsupport@wingz.com or call us using the “Contact Support” link in the Options screen of your Wingz driver app.

Prioritize Safety: If road conditions are unsafe, please do not attempt to drive. Your safety and that of our passengers is the top concern.

Trip Cancellations: If you cannot complete a pickup, notify Wingz Support immediately. We will handle trip cancellations and notify all necessary parties.
Important: Please ensure you receive confirmation from Wingz that your request has been received. If the trip remains on your manifest, the cancellation or modification has not been processed, and the trip is still scheduled.

Closed Medical Offices: If you arrive at a medical facility and find it closed, please inform us as soon as possible so we can cancel any further trips to that location and avoid unnecessary travel.

Member Cancellations: If a member cancels their trip, please notify us immediately.

Partial Trip Completion: If you believe you can transport a member to their appointment but cannot bring them back home, let us know in advance. We will inform our client to ensure no member is stranded at an appointment.

Road Closures: If roads in your area close, please inform us immediately. We may not be aware of these closures unless you notify us, and we will cancel any affected trips.
- Follow Local Authority Advisories: If local authorities advise against travel, please comply with their warnings and keep us informed.
Additionally, some facilities may adjust their schedules. We especially request your assistance with dialysis patients whose appointments may be rescheduled for Saturday morning. Please let us know if you are available to help with these trips.
