Wingz Driver's strive to maintain clean vehicles in order to provide safe and enjoyable rides. 

Wingz reserves the right to apply a cleaning fee in the event that damages occur to the interior or exterior of your driver's vehicle during an active trip. 


  1. The driver will submit evidence of the damage to the Wingz Support Team. 

  2. Cleaning fees are assessed and charged according to the extent of damage.

  3. Cleaning fees are charged to the passenger's credit card on file and paid in full to the vehicle's driver.

In the event you are charged a cleaning fee, you will receive an email from a Wingz Support Member and updated trip receipt. You will have the ability to dispute this fee prior to being charged.
