Wingz Deliveries & Errands

Wingz customers are now able to order deliveries and errands using the Wingz website or support phone number. As a driver you need to sign up for this new service - please click here to go to the sign-up form.

Customers will pay a flat rate of $25 for each service provided. We are allowing all of our drivers to keep 100% of the fare at this time, to help those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

When a customer makes a request, we ask that they provide as much information as possible. 


You will receive the order in your Driver App, similar to a regular ride request.


After accepting an order, please text the customer to confirm that you will be providing the service and to obtain any missing information you need to coordinate and complete the order. The support team is available to help you with issues or questions you may have.

Pick-Up Procedure

Customers may ask for items or a purchase to be picked up. Since we don’t expect drivers to pay for items that they pick-up for a customer, riders will make their purchase through the store’s website, and ask for a grocery/curbside pick-up option with Wingz. We might add an option allowing customers to order items for a second time. The request you see in the app will show the customer name, along with any other info you will need to know. When you arrive at a store, proceed to the designated pick-up area, and provide the employee with all the necessary information.

Drop-Off Procedure

We recommend texting the customer when you are arriving to drop off the items. Ask them where they would like for you to leave their items. Please make sure to comply with social distancing recommendations and to keep at least 6 feet away from the customer when dropping off items. If you leave the items at the doorstep, be sure to take a picture of the items before you leave. We recommend that you keep those screenshots in your records, in case any customers make a dispute regarding missing items.

Preventing the spread of COVID-19

Many people who order groceries to be delivered are doing so to limit their chances of coming into contact with contaminated objects and people. It is important that everyone follows the guidelines put forward by the CDC; Be sure to wash and sanitize your hands as much as possible, and keep at least 6ft of distance from others when picking up and delivering items.
