Drivers at SFO are authorized to pick-up on Level 5 of the Domestic Garage. To access this location, walk across the sky-bridge at your terminal to the garage. Once inside, find the letter that corresponds with your zone (A-G) and communicate this to your driver via call or text.

For domestic flights, riders can be dropped off curbside at the airline of their choice.

Pick-ups at the International terminal are located in the TNC zone on the center island outside of the terminal on the Departures level. The curb of the center island is painted with blue and green stripes. Signs displaying “Ride App Pickup” and a large zone number identify the pick-up areas. To access the location, follow the signs for “Ride App Pickup” both inside and outside the terminal. These signs will direct you to the crosswalks leading directly to the TNC zones.

If you have any questions regarding your pick-up, you can directly contact your driver, and you can also contact Wingz Support. Wingz drivers will wait for 30 minutes past your pick-up time in case of any issue.
