There are a few possible reasons why your Favorite driver is not seeing the ride request you've submitted!
If your Favorite driver has an existing ride on their schedule near your pickup (or estimated dropoff) time, they may be prevented from seeing your ride request, in an effort to prevent schedule overlap!
Your Favorite driver also may be prevented from seeing a ride request you've submitted, if they own a vehicle we would consider 'medium,' in size, but your combined passenger/baggage count requires a larger vehicle.
*If you have discussed your passenger/baggage count with your driver, and you are both confident that they can safely accommodate your trip details, please contact support at email@example.com or (888) 982-9716! We can temporarily update your Favorite driver's vehicle size on the platform, so the ride can be added to their schedule!
It is also possible that the ride you have booked is scheduled to pick up or drop off, in an area not indicated by the driver as a zone they would like to receive ride requests from! This is something Wingz drivers are able to edit in their driver app!
