When you book a Wingz ride using the Wingz mobile app or website, it is mandatory to disclose the accurate number of passengers and checked bags. The Wingz platform will use this information to determine the appropriate vehicle size needed to accommodate you and your luggage safely.
We have three car categories - Small, Medium, Large - with their matching price points. Your ride price will vary depending on the number of passengers/bags combination.
If you do not disclose the correct numbers of passengers and checked bags, your driver may notify Wingz support. Wingz reserves the right:
- To adjust the price after the ride to reflect the correct numbers of passengers and bags.
- For the driver to refuse to provide service and to charge you full fare if the vehicle can't handle the numbers of passengers and bags.
