Wingz Driver's strive to maintain clean vehicles in order to provide safe and enjoyable rides.
Wingz reserves the right to apply a cleaning fee in the event that damages occur to the interior or exterior of your driver's vehicle during an active trip.
Process:
- The driver will submit evidence of the damage to the Wingz Support Team.
- Cleaning fees are assessed and charged according to the extent of damage.
- Cleaning fees are charged to the passenger's credit card on file and paid in full to the vehicle's driver.
In the event you are charged a cleaning fee, you will receive an email from a Wingz Support Member and updated trip receipt. You will have the ability to dispute this fee prior to being charged.
