For pickups at the airport, if your arrival is delayed or early by more than 30 minutes, your driver may not be able to provide your ride. Wingz will do everything possible to locate you a new driver.
Here is what you can do:
1. Call or text your driver in order to know if he / she can do the ride at the new arrival time.
2. If the driver can't, please send us an email or ask your driver to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking number and your new arrival time and we'll do our best to switch the ride to another available driver.
3. If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, please cancel your booking and post a new one at your new arrival time.
Make sure to contact your driver or our customer support as soon as you know that your flight is delayed and before taking your flight.
Please note: your driver will also be tracking your flight and will notify Wingz HQ if they are no longer able to accommodate your new pick up time. Wingz HQ will then work on finding you a new driver and you will receive an updated confirmation email.
