If you accept a ride picking up from the airport and you see that the rider has not provide an airline and flight number, please reach out to your rider with a text request and contact support as quickly as possible!

If your rider is able to provide you with this information, a support agent can add it to the ride, manually, for you!
If we are not able to obtain flight information from the rider before they land, and you are not able to make contact with them 30 minutes after their scheduled pickup time, please contact support! We will attempt to reach out to the rider before collecting a screenshot of your attempts to contact the rider and a screenshot of your GPS, showing you at the pickup location, as we would for a rider no-show!
