- Eligibility: This stacked bonus is exclusively for individuals who begin their application on or after January 15, 2026, through January 31, 2026. To qualify for this bonus program, you must be fully activated on the Wingz platform by January 2026.
New Mandatory Onboarding Timeline: To be eligible, you must complete your entire onboarding process and achieve activation within 15 days of your initial application date.
The 60-day bonus period begins on your activation date.
Exemptions to the 15-Day Rule:
Current Applicants: All applicants currently active in the onboarding funnel are exempt from the 15-day rule.
Idle Applicants For Re-Engagement: For applicants who are currently idle in the funnel, your 15-day count officially begins today (January 15, 2026).
- Mandatory Requirement: To be eligible for any of the stacked bonuses, you must maintain a record of zero driver no-shows and zero member complaints.
- Bonus Payouts (Cumulative Stack):
- Milestone 1: Complete 10 legs (excluding cancellations & no-shows) within your first 5 days of activation with at least 90% OTP for a $40 cash bonus. This bonus is intended to cover your NEMT credentialing expenses.
- Milestone 2: Complete a total of 75 legs within your first 60 days of activation with at least 90% OTP for an additional $160 cash bonus.
- Bonus Application: Each bonus will be credited to your account one business day after the milestone duration has passed and eligibility is confirmed. This ensures you are rewarded quickly as you hit each milestone. All bonuses are cumulative, meaning you can earn a total value of $200 by achieving both milestones.
- Trip Completion: All trips must be completed within the specified timeframe to count towards the bonus. Cancellations, driver no-shows, and member no-shows are excluded from the leg count.
Important Program Definitions
- Driver No-Show: Occurs when you fail to arrive at the designated pick-up location for an accepted trip. Please note that repeated no-shows can lead to suspension or deactivation from the platform.
- Member Complaint: Any formal report from a member or their representative regarding your unprofessionalism, late arrival without communication, or failure to provide required assistance.
General Program Guidelines
- On-Time Performance (OTP): To be eligible for any of these bonuses, you must maintain a minimum 90% On-Time Performance (OTP) rate.
- Fair Use Policy: Wingz reserves the right to review and withhold bonuses for any suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Marking a trip as "Dropped Off" when the member was not taken to their appointment
- Frequent neglect of updating trip details like timestamps and mileages
- Not dropping off the members at the correct drop-off location
- Any other activity that violates our Terms of Service.
- Program Status: This is a limited-time incentive program and is subject to change or cancellation at any time with prior notice.
