Pick Up Procedures

• Terminal A: The designated passenger pick-up areas are the curbs marked "Shuttles and Taxis with Reservations."
• Terminal B: The designated passenger pick-up areas are located on the Arrival Level at the West Commercial Curb marked "Pre-Arranged Transportation."

Drivers must, upon entering the Airport, proceed along the most direct route to the designated pick up areas. Do not circle the Airport or park/leave your vehicle unattended at any curb.  Unattended vehicles may be cited and removed.

Staging Area

Driver's may stage in the Airport's Free Waiting Area prior to their customers' arrival.  Once contacted by the passenger, Drivers may proceed to the designated pick up area for immediate loading.

Drop Off Procedures

• Passengers can be dropped off on the departures level curbside at their terminal of choice

Drivers must, upon entering the Airport, proceed along the most direct route to the drop off area. Do not circle the Airport or park/leave your vehicle unattended at any curb.  Unattended vehicles may be cited and removed.

Wingz' Trade Dress

Keep your Wingz trade dress displayed and visible at all times while providing rides on the Wingz platform. Per California regulations, two trade dress must be visible at all times, one on the front window and one on the rear window.
