Pick-Up Procedures
Drivers may pick-up Riders curbside in the “Green” passenger pick-up zones in each terminal. Do not wait or circle back at the airport if the Rider is delayed. Head to the Terminal A infield lot.
Drivers are subject to stopping by airport officials and must be able to provide on request proof of ride information.
Staging Lot
TNC vehicles stage in a “Hold Lot” located in the Terminal A, infield.
Drop-Off Procedures
Drivers can drop-off Riders curbside in the “Green” passenger drop-off zones in each terminal. After a Rider is dropped off, Drivers must exit airport property.
Drivers will pay $2 upon exiting the airport and have to be off property within two hours or will be required to pay an additional fee. Drivers can pay the $2 fee by pulling a ticket and paying with cash or credit card upon exit or by using a toll-tag they set up through the North Texas Tollway Authority. There are designated toll-tag lanes at the Airport.
DFW Airport Vehicle Authorization Decal
DFW requires Drivers to obtain a free airport vehicle decal, in addition to the City of Dallas decal and permit. Drivers must visit the Ground Transportation Office at DFW at 2444 East 30th St, and bring the completed application (https://www.dfwairport.com/gt/P2_341552.pdf). Drivers should list the company as “Wingz” and check that they are operating as a “Prearranged” vehicle. Bring along the following documents :
- Wingz Trade dress
- Dallas City vehicle permit decal
- Dallas City Driver permit
City and Airport decals must be displayed at all times when operating at the Airport.
