Drivers can only pick up Riders from “Arrivals” (Lower Level Roadway) in the section marked by the light blue signs that read "Transportation Network Companies." When communicating with your Rider prior to pick-up, please inform them to head to the Ground Transportation Area to be picked-up and look for the baby blue TNC signs at the pick-up area. This area is for immediate loading only.
If a Rider is delayed, head to the staging area and wait there. Do not wait in the TNC section or circle around the airport. If there are no available parking spaces in the staging area, Drivers will need to leave airport property until they receive notification the Rider has arrived and is waiting in the designated TNC pick-up area.
TNC Drivers are requested to use the Staging Lot while waiting for passengers flight to arrive. The staging lot area begins at Parking Spot 2 on the corner of Hawes and Aubrey. Drivers can stage next to the BEST parking lot in the Limo Staging Area. Do NOT stage in the area in front of the fountain or in the cell phone lost as inspectors will be checking and Drivers will either be kicked out of the lot or receive a ticket.
Drivers can drop off Riders on the Departures level, Upper Level Roadway, at the Riders’ carrier of choice, prior to the Sky Bridge. After a Rider is dropped off, Drivers must exit airport property.
