Pick-Up Procedures
Drivers can only pick up Riders from “Arrivals” (Lower Level Roadway) in the section marked by the light blue signs that read "Transportation Network Companies." When communicating with your Rider prior to pick-up, please inform them to head to the Ground Transportation Area to be picked-up and look for the baby blue TNC signs at the pick-up area. This area is for immediate loading only.
If a Rider is delayed, head to the staging area and wait there. Do not wait in the TNC section or circle around the airport. If there are no available parking spaces in the staging area, Drivers will need to leave airport property until they receive notification the Rider has arrived and is waiting in the designated TNC pick-up area.
Staging Lot
