Pick-Up Procedures
Starting January 3, 2025, the pick-up location for app-based rides, peer to peer, private luxury, and taxis will be relocated to the valet pavilion and Garage C.
The pick-up point for passengers utilizing app-based rides, taxis, peer-to-peer luxury vehicles and limousines for hire should follow the terminal signs to the valet pavilion and Garage C to meet their driver.
Staging Lot
TNC Drivers are requested to use the Staging Lot while waiting for passengers flight to arrive. The staging lot area begins at Parking Spot 2 on the corner of Hawes and Aubrey. Drivers can stage next to the BEST parking lot in the Limo Staging Area. Do NOT stage in the area in front of the fountain or in the cell phone lost as inspectors will be checking and Drivers will either be kicked out of the lot or receive a ticket.
Drop-Off Procedures
Drop-Off Location for app-based rides, peer to peer, limos, luxury vehicles and taxis – Upper-Level Ticketing Hall Passengers arriving at the airport via civilian vehicles, app-based rides, taxis, peer-to-peer luxury vehicles and limousines for hire will be dropped off on the upper-level curbside near the ticketing hall.
Wingz Trade Dress & Permits
Wingz trade dress and the City of Dallas decals should be displayed at all times while on Airport property. City of Dallas driver’s permit should be kept in the TNC vehicle at all times.
City of Dallas Vehicle and Driver Permits
The City of Dallas requires all TNC Drivers to have a Driver & Vehicle Permit to be able to serve Dallas Love and DFW Airports. To apply for these permits, go to the City of Dallas’ website and fill out the required forms. - Vehicle permit: place the decal on your windshield.
- Driver permit: keep it in your vehicle.
