Cancellation Fees: (1)
Cancellation in relation to Passenger Client Pick-up Time:
Greater than 12 hours - $10
Between 12 hours & 4 hours - $20
Less than 4 hours - 100% of Passenger Client Fare
No-Show Fees: (1) 200% of Passenger Client Fare
(1) All Cancellation and No-Show Fees collected by Wingz are forwarded to the Driver Clients that fulfill the Passenger Client transportation services related to the respective cancelled Fare.
