Kindly adhere to these guidelines:
- Make sure you have contacted and waited for the rider at the designated pick-up location beyond the grace period.
Grace periods are 15 minutes for residential areas and 30 minutes for airport pick-up. - Send an email to Wingz Support at drivers@wingz.com with a screenshot of your communication logs and a screenshot of your GPS location during the scheduled pick-up time.
- If reporting during Support hours (6 AM to 10:30 PM PST), please wait for the next instructions from Wingz Support regarding further steps before departing. Our Support team will try to contact the rider to ensure they are not left stranded.
- Inform the rider that the waiting grace period has passed and that you will be departing from the location. Encourage them to reach out to Wingz Support if they require further assistance or help with rebooking.
Not submitting screenshots of your communication logs and GPS location may result in the ride and your efforts not being compensated. To ensure proper payment for drivers, please follow the outlined process carefully.
