Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I combine progress from two different standing orders and still be eligible? (i.e. 6 completed legs for 1 standing order and 4 completed legs for another)?: No.The $50 bonus per standing order is only for successful completion of one standing order in total for December (i.e. 5 round trips/10 legs for that one Standing Order in question).
- For example, you will be ineligible for a $50 bonus for successfully completing 2 round trips (4 legs) with one standing order and 3 round trips (6 legs) for another standing order in December.
- To be eligible for the $50 bonus, you must successfully complete 5 round trips (i.e. 10 legs) for the ONE standing order in question in December. However this does not cap. For example, successfully complete 3 separate Standing Orders (individual successful completion) in December (15 rounds trips/5 for each standing order), receive a $150 bonus for the month of December.
- Do previous Standing Orders I already have assigned count toward this bonus?:
- No, the standing order would have to be a newly accepted and assigned standing order in the month of December with 5 round trips (10 total legs) completed.
- What If I accept a standing order in November, one round trip occurs in November, but another 5 round trips occur in December, will I still be eligible for the $50 bonus in December?
- Yes, any standing order assigned/transported from 11/27 and onward in November will still leave you eligible for the December Bonus for that standing order. Completed trips for a new standing order that became assigned with transportation facilitated from 11/27 and onward will count towards your completed round trip and completed leg progress to receive the bonus in December.
- What If I accept a standing order in November, but the trips don’t start until December, will I still be eligible?
- Yes, as long as the standing order was assigned from 11/27 and onward, you would still be eligible for receiving the $50 bonus for the standing order in question.
- What If I had a previous standing order that paused but was renewed in the month of December, will I still be eligible if I complete 5 total round trips (10 legs)
- No, the standing order has to be a newly assigned standing order from 11/27 and onward to be eligible. Renewed standing orders that have paused and then started up again in December would not count towards the bonus as these are not new standing orders.
- What if the one leg of a trip is successful, but the other leg is not successful due to a cancellation/no show. Does my successful completion of one of the legs still count towards the bonus progress?
- Yes, it won't count as a round trip, but the completed leg would still count towards progress of the 10 successful leg count. For instance, if 4 round trips (8 legs) were completed successfully, but the 5th trip resulted in a cancellation/no show of the B Leg, but you facilitated transportation for the A leg successfully, this would still count towards your 10 total completed leg progress for the standing order in question. In this example, you would then be at 9 successfully completed trip legs and would only need one more completed leg to achieve the $50 bonus for the standing order.
- What If I receive a complaint from Verida/Member about one standing order but I successfully complete another standing order (5 round trips/10 completed legs). Will I still be eligible for the $50 bonus for the one I successfully completed and met criteria for with no complaints.
- Yes, as long as you successfully complete with zero complaints from Verida/Member for the Standing Order in question you will qualify for the $50 standing order bonus for that specific standing order.
- For the other standing order with a complaint from Verida/Member, you would not qualify for an additional $50.
- How do complaints from the member or Verida impact the status of my bonus in December?
- A complaint of a driver no-show for the standing order would automatically make you ineligible for the $50 bonus for that standing order.
- If it is a different type of complaint, the status of the bonus for the standing order in question would be pending per the discussion and investigation with a Wingz representative.
