Part 0 · Getting set up with the new Version

Get the new app

Three steps, about five minutes. Do it before you start your day, not in the middle of a trip.

1. Delete the Wingz app you have now. The new one won't install on top of it.
2. Install the new version — iPhone: App Store · Android: Play Store
3. Sign in — see below.

Signing in

Enter your number, tap Send code, then type the 6-digit code we text you. Prefer your old login? Tap Sign in with email instead — it still works.

Part 1 · Start your day

Your 'Requests' is now a map

Trips show as fares on a map, each pin sitting where that trip picks up. The request feed always opens on the next day with available trips, so you will never land on an empty one.

Three ways to work it

Map on top, one trip at a time underneath.

Part 2 · Pick a trip from the map

Accepting is exactly the same as it's always been — the same ride details screen, the same swipe.

A is the pickup, B is the drop-off.

Opens ride details — swipe to accept or reject.

Part 3 · Or go straight from the list

Pull the list up and tap any ride card — it opens the same ride details screen, no map needed.

Part 4 · Narrow it down

Pick your day

You're looking at one day at a time now. Trips used to sit in one long list — now they're split by day, so it's easier to plan. That's why you might see fewer trips than you're used to: nothing has gone missing, you're just seeing one day of it.

Tap the date to switch days. Each day shows how many trips it has, and a day with no trips won't be in the list at all.

Set a start and end time — or tap a band like Morning — and plan your day around when you want to drive.

See all your filters

Add as many filters as you like — day, time, where trips start, where they end, client, trip type. They stack, and the second number in "15 of 281" drops as you add them.

New — find trips that end where you want

You take a trip that ends two hours from home, then drive back empty. Set Dropoff Location and look for a trip that starts where the last one left you.

Why does the trip count keep changing?

Zoomed out — most of the day is visible
