Your earnings and payouts are now easier to track in the Wingz Driver app.
You can see:
- Your current weekly balance
- Your upcoming payout
- Your payout history
- The bank account on file
- Details for each payout
Part 1 · Your balance
Your current balance now appears directly on the Home screen.

① Balance
This is what you’ve earned during the current Monday–Sunday work week.
Your balance resets every Monday after the previous week closes.
② Payout date
This shows the scheduled payout date for your current earnings.
Transfers are initiated on the scheduled date. Funds usually arrive the next business day, but bank processing times may vary.
Part 2 · Your Wallet
Your Wallet gives you one place to view your balance, payouts, and payout account.

② Payout Activity
See your upcoming payout and your most recent payouts.
Tap See all to view your full payout history.
③ Payout Account
The bank account currently on file for your weekly payouts.
Part 3 · Your payouts
Tap Payout Activity → See all to view your payouts.
① Upcoming payout
Your next scheduled payout and the amount being paid.
② Previous payouts
Your payout history is shown newest first.
- Scheduled means the is upcoming.
- Paid means the payout has already been processed.
Why are there gaps between payout dates?
A payout is only created when there is an amount to pay for the previous week.
If you had no earnings that week, or your weekly balance ended at or below $0, there will be no payout entry for that week.
Part 4 · Viewing a Payout
Tap any payout to see the full details. There are two payout statuses:
① Still to come — a Scheduled payout
Scheduled means the transfer has not been initiated yet. On the scheduled date, Wingz initiates the transfer to your bank. Funds usually arrive the next business day, but bank processing times may vary.
② Already sent — a Paid payout, with Date sent instead of Scheduled for
Paid means Wingz has already initiated the transfer. The Date sent shows when it was sent to your bank.
Each payout covers one work week. A work week runs from Monday through Sunday.
In the example images above, the pay period is Sep 7–13. Once that work week ends, the payout is created the following Monday, Sep 14, and is scheduled to reach your bank on Friday, Sep 18.
The S’cheduled for’ date is the date the money is expected to be in your bank account. In rare cases, bank processing delays or other circumstances outside of Wingz’s control may cause the funds to arrive later than the scheduled date.
Your reference number is the easiest way for Support to locate a specific payout if you ever need help.
Why is my balance below $0?
Your balance can go below $0 when trip-related penalties are greater than what you’ve earned during the current work week.
Penalties may come from late sendbacks, abandoned trips, or other trip-related charges. When this happens, your balance appears in red with an ⓘ beside it.

Explains why your balance is negative and what happens next.
As you earn more, your new earnings are automatically applied toward the negative balance.
At the end of the work week on Sunday:
- If your balance is above $0: the remaining amount becomes your scheduled payout, and your balance starts the new week at $0.
- If your balance is still below $0: no payout is created for that week. The remaining negative balance carries over into the next week, and new earnings are applied toward it first.
A few things to know
Has anything changed about how I get paid?
No. Your rates, payout schedule, and bank account remain the same. The new payout dashboard only makes it easier to see and track your earnings and payouts.
Is the “Scheduled for” date when the payout is sent or when I should receive it?
The Scheduled for date is when the money is expected to be in your bank account. In rare cases, bank processing delays or other circumstances outside of Wingz’s control may cause the funds to arrive later than the scheduled date.
Once a payout has been sent, its details will show a Date sent instead.
Why is my balance different from my monthly earnings?
Your Balance only includes earnings for the current Monday–Sunday work week. Your monthly earnings include rides completed throughout the entire month.
Why are there gaps in my payout history?
A payout is only created when there is money to send for that work week. If you completed no rides, or the week ended at or below $0, no payout is created for that week.
Why does my Home screen show a different payout date from my Payout Activity?
They refer to different work weeks. Your Home screen balance is based on what you're earning during the current work week. A payout in Payout Activity is for a work week that has already ended.
Why does the app say “Rides” instead of “Trips”?
Only the wording has changed. Rides and Trips refer to the same thing.
