Severe weather may impact your ability to safely complete trips. Please review the following procedures and reminders to keep yourself and our members safe.
π§ If Road Conditions Are Unsafe
Do not proceed. Contact Wingz Support immediately using the βContact Supportβ option in your app.
Follow all local authority travel advisories. Your safety is the top priority.
π Member Communication & Trip Confirmation
Confirm appointments early. Contact members or their facility to check for possible closures or reschedules.
Use the Member Confirmation feature in the app to log your outreach attempts if you canβt reach the member.
Let us know right away if an appointment has been canceled or changed.
π If You Cannot Complete a Trip
Contact Wingz Support immediately. We will handle the cancellation and notify all necessary parties.
Wait for confirmation. If the trip still appears on your manifest, it has not been canceled or modified.
Report road closures. We may not be aware of them unless you notify us, and we will cancel affected trips accordingly.
π₯ Facility or Member-Related Issues
Facility closed? Let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel future trips to that location.
Member cancels? Report it to Support right away.
Only able to complete part of a trip? Tell us in advance so we can notify the client and prevent the member from being stranded.

Enable severe weather alerts on your phone and monitor weather.gov for up-to-date forecasts.
Support dialysis patients. Let us know if you're available to help with rescheduled dialysis trips. We appreciate your flexibility.

As we head into the holiday week of Monday, December 22, through Sunday, December 28, 2025, several states may experience overnight and early-morning freezing temperatures that could lead to slick roads, black ice, and reduced traction. These risks are most likely during early mornings and late evenings, especially on bridges, ramps, and less-traveled roads.

Georgia

βοΈ Freezing risk:
- Monday, Dec 22 through Wednesday, Dec 24 (early mornings): Lows near or slightly below 32Β°F, mainly in North Georgia and higher elevations.
π§ Precipitation:
- Light rain possible mid-week. Wet roads combined with overnight freezing may cause slick bridges and overpasses.
π Watch closely for black ice during early morning driving.
Florida

- No freezing temperatures expected statewide this week.
π§ Precipitation:
- Periodic rain showers expected, especially in North and Central Florida, mainly mid-week.
π Wet roads and reduced visibility may affect travel times, but ice risk remains low.
Arkansas
