What to upload
Take 6 clear photos in daylight. Hold your phone horizontal.

1. Front seats and dashboard. Driver and passenger seats in one wide shot, including floor mats. |

2. Back seat, passenger side. Open the rear passenger door and take a wide shot across the seat and floor. |

3. Back seat, driver side with floor. Take this to show the seat and the cleanliness of the floor. |

4. Seat belts close‑up. Buckles and belts for the rear seats with seatbelt extenders installed, visible in one or two shots. |

5. Third row Wide shot of the seats and floor. |
|
6. Cargo area. Trunk or cargo space, showing the safety equipment you keep in the vehicle when providing trips. |
- Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicles: Add 2 photos of the ramp or lift stored and deployed, plus securement points.
Quick tips for clear photos
- Park outside or in bright light. Avoid heavy shadows.
- Remove trash, personal items, tools, or supplies.
- Wipe down seats, door panels, cupholders, and floors.
- Turn off flash if it causes glare. Keep the lens clean.
- No passengers or faces in the photos.
What will lead to rejection
- Blurry, dark, or cropped images
- Visible stains, trash, strong wear, or tears
- Seat covers that hide damage
- Food, drink, or personal items in view
- Missing Safety equipment
- Damage to your vehicle's body or windows

- Select the photos on your smartphone.

What happens next
- Our team reviews your photos within 1 business day.
- If approved, we will schedule your inspection with you.
