in your app, and how our routers use your availability
to assign trips that match your schedule.
Get the Best Trips Before They are Accepted by Other
Drivers
Instead of competing with other drivers for trips, our routers review the availability you submit and assign trips that match your schedule. This helps drivers secure trips earlier, plan their driving time better, and receive trips that already fit the hours they want to work.
Why am I seeing trips I didn’t accept?
You may sometimes see trips in your Driver App that you did not manually accept. These are Recommended Routes assigned by our routers based on the availability you submitted. Each week, drivers tell us when they are available to drive. Our routers review that availability and assign trips that fit those time windows so members can reliably get to their medical appointments.
Seeing routed trips in your app simply means our routers assigned trips that match the availability you submitted.
Review your Driver App daily
Because trips may be routed to you based on your availability, it is important to review your Driver App every day. New trips may be assigned that match the schedule you submitted.
Returning Routed Trips
If a routed trip no longer works for your schedule, please return it within the required timeframe so our routers can assign the trip to another driver and ensure the member still gets to their appointment. Late sendbacks may result in a $25 sendback fee.
Tuesday to Friday Trips
Return at least 24 hours before pickup
Trips scheduled Tuesday through Friday
must be returned
at least 24 hours before the pickup time.
Saturday to Monday Trips
Return by 11:00 PM on Thursday
Trips scheduled Saturday, Sunday, or Monday
must be returned by 11:00 PM on Thursday.
These trips are harder to recover if returned
too late. Returning them by Thursday night gives
our routers time to assign the trip to another
driver so the member does not miss their appointment.
Weekly Availability Form
Every Friday, drivers will receive an availability form where they can indicate when they are available to drive for the following week. Submitting accurate availability helps our routers assign trips that match your schedule.
If your availability changes
If your availability changes after submitting the form, please send us a message through in-app chat so our routers can adjust routing if needed. |
