Florida Drivers — Sendbacks Cutoff Times & Fees
Send trips back on time to avoid fees and give other drivers enough time to accept and complete the trip.

Members rely on scheduled trips to get to healthcare appointments. Sending a trip back before the cutoff helps avoid fees and ensures coverage.

Late sendbacks—especially before weekends—make trips harder to cover and increase the risk of missed appointments.

 
 
Tuesday to Friday Trips
 
  • More than 48 hours before pickup → $0
  • 48 to 24 hours before pickup → $10
  • Less than 24 hours (same-day sendback) → $25
 
Sending trips back earlier gives other drivers time to pick them up and keeps members on schedule.
 
 
Saturday, Sunday & Monday Trips
 
Weekend Cutoff Rule
Return before Friday at 12:00 PM EST
Before Friday 12:00 PM EST → $0
After Friday 12:00 PM EST → $25
 

Trips going into the weekend are harder to cover on short notice. Late sendbacks increase the risk of members missing appointments.

 
 
About the Fee
 

The sendback fee is not kept by Wingz.

It is paid as a bonus to the driver who accepts the trip last-minute and ensures the member still gets to their appointment.
