At a glance
Program runs: Monday, May 18 to Sunday, May 24, 2026
Market: Georgia and Tennessee NEMT trips only
Eligibility: Invitation-only. You must have received this incentive offer directly from Wingz.
How the incentive works
Eligible Georgia and Tennessee drivers can earn extra cash for completing qualifying NEMT legs during the incentive period. This bonus is paid on top of your normal trip pay.
To qualify, you must complete the required number of qualifying legs during the program period. A qualifying leg must meet all incentive requirements listed below.
Important: Accepted trips must be completed. Returned trips, late sendbacks, or missed reliability requirements may make you ineligible for the incentive.
What counts as a qualifying leg?
A leg counts toward the Tennessee Comeback Incentive only if all of the following are true:
- You completed the trip, not just accepted it.
- You arrived on time for the trip.
- You had no late sendbacks.
- You completed the trip during the incentive period.
- The trip is a Georgia or Tennessee NEMT leg.
If any accepted leg does not meet the qualifying standard, you may not be eligible for the incentive.

How do I know if I am eligible?
You are eligible only if you received the Georgia or Tennessee incentive offer directly from Wingz by email, SMS, or in-app message.
If you did not receive the offer directly from Wingz, this incentive may not apply to you.
What counts as a leg?
A leg is one one-way trip. A round trip counts as 2 legs: the A-leg to the facility and the B-leg return trip.
Do I need to sign up?
No sign-up is needed if you are eligible. This incentive is invitation-only, so only drivers who received the offer directly from Wingz can qualify. Your qualifying legs are tracked automatically.
When does the program run?
The program runs from Monday, May 18 through Sunday, May 24, 2026.
When will I receive the incentive?
Incentives are paid after the incentive period ends and will appear on your weekly statement once eligibility is reviewed.
What if a member does not answer or is a no-show?
For NEMT trips, do not return the leg just because the member does not answer. Follow the standard NEMT no-show protocol. If you follow the correct process, the leg may still count.
Do trips from another market count?
No. Only Georgia and Tennessee NEMT legs count toward the May incentive program.
Can I still qualify if I return a trip?
Returned trips may make you ineligible for the incentive. To qualify, you should only accept trips you are fully available and committed to complete.
Is participation required?
No. Participation is voluntary. You set your own schedule and decide which trips to accept.
Is this part of my pay as an independent contractor?
This is additional compensation for completed services as an independent contractor. There is no minimum trip requirement, and participation is voluntary.
Can the program change?
Wingz may adjust the program if needed. If anything changes, drivers will be notified by email or SMS.
