Are you missing a payment for a trip you have provided?
Please check if the trip is missing a signature. The fastest way to find completed trips that haven't been signed in your driver app is to:
1) Tap the options icon on the bottom right of your screen
2. Tap, 'Ride History'
3. Once you have navigated to your ride history, tap the filter icon in the upper right of your screen
4. Select the filter option, 'Missing Signatures'
5. Then, tap the green 'Update' button to apply the filter
Completed trips that still require a signature should be displayed and can be signed by you.
