Why You’re Seeing This
Trip volume for next week has been reduced because one of our broker’s health plan clients raised concerns about on-time performance (OTP).
That Health Plan expects 95% or better OTP from all transportation providers.
To continue receiving trip offers, Wingz drivers must meet or exceed this standard.
What You Need to Know
To help protect reliability and maintain trip volume across the network:
-
Be early or on time for every trip — especially:
- A-Leg Pickups: on time or early
-
B-Leg Drop-offs: on time
-
Confirm all trips early and let Wingz know immediately if:
- A member changes their pickup time, or
- The time showing in the app looks incorrect.
Contact Wingz support via the chat feature on your driver app, or email us at florida-otp@wingz.com
- Swipe accurately at pickup and drop-off to record your times.
- Wingz may reach out if:
- A trip appears unconfirmed or late,
- Swipes are missing or inaccurate, or
- A driver’s OTP falls below 95%.
If OTP Falls Below 95%
- Wingz may contact you to review your upcoming trips.
- In some cases, trips may be adjusted, reassigned, or removed to protect network reliability and meet Health Plan expectations.
- Drivers with continued OTP below 95% may have future trip offers paused or reduced until performance improves.
Confirm You’ve Reviewed This Update
Please reply CONFIRM to the Wingz text or email you received.
Drivers who don’t confirm may have next week’s trips reviewed or adjusted to protect network reliability.
Why It Matters
Your reliability directly impacts how many trips are available for all drivers in your area.
Consistent on-time performance helps maintain strong relationships with our brokers and their Health Plan clients, ensuring steady trip volume across the network.
