Exclusive to Verida TN drivers — Special Offers are a new type of trip that is only available for a limited time.
These trips require approval before they are assigned. Once approved, they work just like standard trips and do not change your normal driving experience.
Why Special Offers Exists
We built Special Offers to address common driver feedback that:
Most trips are posted far in advance
Short-notice trips are hard to find
Canceled or expired trips disappear without alternatives
Special Offers helps:
Surface short-notice trips
Backfill canceled rides
Fill schedule gaps when availability changes
Give drivers more trip opportunities without changing the normal trip flow

How long does approval take?
Approval timing varies depending on trip urgency and operational needs. Some requests may be approved quickly, while others may remain under review until closer to the trip time.
Does requesting a Special Offer guarantee I’ll get the trip?
No. Requesting a Special Offer does not guarantee assignment. All requests require approval and may be denied or expire.
