What's New in This Version:
✅ Sendback Feature
Send back trips directly through the app instead of calling Support. We are introducing a new process where Sendback fees are deducted from the driver who sends back a trip. These fees are used as a bonus to reward drivers who accept and complete trips that were sent back.
💸 Sendback Fee Preview
When you use the "Send Back Trip" button on the "More options" screen, the app will display the sendback fee amount that will be applied if you confirm the sendback. Sendback fees are based on how close the trip is to the scheduled pick-up time.
🎁 Bonuses for Trips that were sent back
When you accept and complete a trip that another driver sent back, you'll automatically earn a bonus equal to the sendback fee charged to the original driver. The bonus amount will be visible before and after you accept a trip.
📊 Improved Trip Info Layout
Trip details have been reorganized to make confirmation steps and member contact easier to access.

We’re rolling out the latest Wingz Driver App update, packed with new features to enhance your experience and save time. Here’s what’s new:
1. In-App Sendbacks
Drivers can now send back certain trips directly in the app—no need to call Wingz support!
For now, this feature is only available for Verida Georgia trips that:
- Have a pickup time more than 48 hours away
- Are not part of a Standing Order
Our support team will monitor sendback requests closely and follow up with drivers if needed.

or check out the instructions below:
- Click on the more option button at the bottom of the trip detail screen
- Use the “Send Back Trip” button at the bottom of the screen
- Confirm that you want to proceed
You will see a message confirming that the trip has been sent back, or an alert explaining why the trip could not be sent back. Please check the "My rides" screen on your driver app to verify that the trip you wanted to send back is no longer listed. Call Wingz support for assistance if necessary.
2. Default Map Service - App Selection
We’ve fixed an issue where the Default Map Service settings didn’t display all installed navigation apps. Now, you’ll see the full list of available options and can select your preferred navigation app when providing trips.
To select your preferred app, click follow these steps:
1) Click on the "opinions" button in the lower right corner of the home screen of your driver app
2) Click on "Default Map Service"
3) Chose the navigation app you want to use when clicking on the navigation buttons on the Wingz driver app:
3. Client logo and name
Easily identify the client or broker where the member booked the trip. Their logo and name will now be displayed clearly on the trip details screen.
